Information for Referrers

We work in partnership with General Practitioners and other healthcare providers to deliver comprehensive support on a client’s journey to better mental health, with the client’s overall health in mind.

When you make a referral to Health in Mind, we take on the duty of keeping you informed about your client’s progress and collaborating to address any key areas of concern.

If you have a clinician in mind, you can refer directly to one of our clinicians or allow us to recommend a clinician that is best suited to your client.
