Savannah Moscarda

Clinical Psychologist

Savannah is a Clinical Psychologist with extensive experience across both public and private mental health settings, including the Sexual Assault Resource Centre (SARC) and Abbotsford Private Hospital. She works primarily with adults navigating longstanding difficulties related to trauma, addiction, neurodivergence, and complex mental health conditions. Many of her clients have faced multiple challenges within the healthcare system, and she is committed to providing a collaborative therapeutic space and grounded in clinical expertise.

A central focus of Savannah’s practice is trauma in its many forms, from PTSD after single-incident events to complex trauma linked to childhood experiences, sexual assault, or identity-based harm. She provides trauma-informed care that prioritises safety and relational depth, tailoring support to both early intervention and long-term recovery.

Savannah also has strong expertise in addiction recovery, drawing on her work at Abbotsford Private Hospital. She supports clients at all stages of recovery, integrating trauma- and attachment-informed care with practical strategies, including DBT-informed skills, CBT, motivational interviewing, and relapse prevention.

Her practice further extends to the intersection of mental and physical health, with a particular interest in chronic pelvic pain and fatigue-related conditions such as endometriosis, adenomyosis, fibromyalgia, and chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS/ME). Savannah draws on both professional knowledge and lived experience, offering care that is empathetic, inclusive, and neurodivergence-informed.

Experience with First Responders and Defence Personnel
Since March 2025, Savannah has provided clinical psychological services to Western Australia Police (WAPOL) and Defence Force personnel. She delivers trauma-informed, evidence-based care tailored to the unique occupational stressors and mental health needs of first responders and military clients. Her expertise includes working with complex trauma, neurodivergence, and chronic mental health conditions, drawing on modalities such as EMDR, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Schema Therapy. Savannah adopts a holistic and individualised approach, integrating neurobiological, emotional, and psychological factors to support resilience and operational readiness. She also works collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams, ensuring care is coordinated, comprehensive, and aligned with organisational objectives.

In addition to therapy, Savannah provides comprehensive adult ADHD assessments, helping clients gain clarity about their experiences and move forward with greater understanding and confidence.
