Kate Atkinson

Registered Psychologist

Kate Atkinson is a Registered Psychologist with over 15 years of experience in the field. Kate has excellent child and adolescent development knowledge, having worked as a School Psychologist for over six years in a leading private school in both the Junior and Senior Schools. Kate holds a Graduate Diploma of Education (School Psychology) and Bachelor of Science (Psychology) Honours. Kate is on the Board of the Independent School Counsellors’ Association of WA. Kate has extensive experience supporting children, adolescents, and parents with developmental, academic, social, and emotional issues.

Kate’s special interest is working with children and adolescents, and she is passionate about early intervention.

Kate has developed and continues to present parenting seminars on a range of topics, including building emotionally resilient students, supporting your child’s social and emotional development and supporting your child’s transition to senior school and years 11 and 12.
