May Webster

Registered Psychologist

May Webster is an AHPRA Registered Psychologist with extensive experience across private practice, rehabilitation, government, and disability sectors. She is accredited in the Westerman Tools for Aboriginal Clients and has worked extensively with veterans and WA Police personnel.

Her broad professional background is complemented by a natural curiosity, a commitment to growth, and a genuine warmth that clients recognise from their first meeting. Experience with First Responders and Defence Personnel
May served as WA Team Leader at APM for seven years, working primarily with veterans referred through the Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA), including participants in the WASP program for complex psychological cases. She also managed numerous cases involving WA Police Officers and staff, collaborating with Health, Welfare and Safety teams, psychiatrists, and occupational physicians. In addition, she supported emergency service personnel referred from Air Services Australia, including airport firefighters.

Over the past three years at Health in Mind, May has continued providing psychological intervention for police officers, as well as ongoing support for DFES and Air Services Australia firefighters who have sought her care following her transition from APM.
